What is the TAOS?

The TAOS is an Orthotic and a base. These two components work together to provide your child the ability to flourish in an upright hands free environment. The orthotic ensures your child maintains proper alignment so they can train the proper muscles. The base holds the child in a standing position and provides security for them to explore and improve.

The TAOS is the result of a collaboration among parents, therapists, orthotists, and engineers. It was designed to be used at home, at school or any smooth surface area to supplement the therapy your child is already getting. It can be used as a stander or as an advanced walker. Children with high low and mixed tone can all benefit.
